Rejuvenation in PLPP!

Up to 10 cm new snow

If you read the comments on the previous thread, or the PLPP trail report, you’ll discover that the trails in Peter Lougheed Prov Park are no longer icy, but they’re covered with lots of new snow, and in good condition. Here are a couple photos which were just sent in:

We are so lucky that the snow came yesterday and freshened up all the trails which were becoming very icy with the warm weather we had last week.

It looks like we’ll have fabulous weather and snow conditions for our ski club trip tomorrow.

  1. Fresh snow on L. Louise trails last night also. Great Divide (Old 1A) trail was groomed & trackset yesterday in late afternoon. Thoroughly enjoyed doing the Lower Telemark trail on the way out to the Great Divide exhibit. Hopefully it could be groomed & trackset too.
