I didn’t actually ski on Frozen Thunder today, but stopped by the nordic centre and talked to a number of skiers. Dave reported good grip on his waxless classic skis. You had to be careful in a few places where the track came precariously close to the edge of the snow, and crumbled away. A good way to practice balancing on one foot!
From what I could see, the snow looked a little more sugary and less icy but still had a good firm base.
We took advantage of this beautiful autumn day to hike in Banff National Park. We discovered a spectacular icy canyon(see photos).

Keep working ,great job!
