Update Apr 1 @ 5:15 pm: Parks Canada will continue to groom at Lake Louise. I was given that information today at the Lake Louise Visitor Centre.
The Pipestone trails were trackset yesterday.
As predicted, Whiskey Jack, Packers, Upper Pocaterra, and Tyrwhitt were trackset in PLPP early this morning. Bonus: north side of Lookout was also done.
Snow flurries are expected today. The sub-zero temperatures and predominantly overcast conditions should preserve the snow for the coming week.
The PLPP Discovery Centre will be closed on Tuesday April 3 and reopened on May 18. Hopefully the Pocaterra Hut will remain open while people are still skiing.
We lucked out and skied trails PLPP recently track set. There was a Subaru Forester meetup at Boulton Bridge lot.
Snow was excellent.
Enjoy this site for real condition reports.
