The PLPP Live Grooming Report shows a number of trails in the south end were groomed today and a few have been trackset. I’m assuming these were all done with the snowcat.

Let’s start with the tracksetting:

  • Upper Pocaterra(Packers to Tyrwhitt)
  • Hydroline
  • Lookout – South side
  • Whiskey Jack above the S-turn

Groomed only:

  • Lookout – North side
  • Tyrwhitt
  • Whiskey Jack

Upper Pocaterra can be accessed via the Back Door until Nov 30.

Wheeler, WWL and Spruce Road were also groomed but the snow cover is thin.

It’s been a busy day trying to keep up with all the news. To recap, in addition to the above,

West Bragg Creek is in primo condition with excellent snow cover and most trails have been trackset.

Confederation golf course is groomed and partially trackset.

Strathmore golf course has been roll-packed.

Yoho Valley Road is groomed and double trackset.

The Ribbon Creek area received 5-8 cm of snow during this last storm. Roller packing has occurred on all of the Village trails plus Ribbon Creek. Packed base ranges from 2 to 5 cm with numerous hazards throughout.
