The Lake Louise trails have slipped to the back burner in recent weeks with the arrival of snow in WBC, Kananaskis, Banff, and Calgary, so I was happy to get the report and photos from Chuck.
The Pipestone trails were being trackset today while Chuck was skiing there.
With the milder weather, the snow at Lake Louise tends to stay in better condition so it might be a place to consider for your ski trip.
There’s no significant snow in the forecast but there should be enough of a snowpack on the trails to allow for grooming, as we’re seeing at West Bragg Creek. The snow rabbit should be earning its keep for the next while.
