Mt Shark conditions look spectacular according to Ray’s photos and trip report.
PLPP tracksetting last night consisted of Elk Pass, Blueberry Hill, and Patterson. Fox Creek was trackset yesterday by snowmobile.
The Great Divide and Fairview were trackset in Lake Louise.
If you’re curious about Lake O’Hara fire road, the website mentions…
“We are getting excited about our upcoming winter Season. The lodge will open on February 1, 2019. In the meantime we will be track setting once a week. Last track setting Friday Jan 19th.”
That would mean tracksetting should occur today.

There’s snow in the forecast for Sunday. The largest amounts are to the east of us, so Strathmore golf course might get refreshed.
We did get enough snow in Strathmore to go for a ski. Some of us went today for our lunch break. However the sun is out bright and strong now. Not sure how much longer it will last as the base was minimal.
