I’ve updated the link for the Confederation Golf Course Trail Report. Mary Jane tells me “we will post updated grooming reports on our home page and ‘sticky’ them so that they are always at the top.”
Lake Louise update:
Great Divide trail at Lake Louise(also known as the 1A Hwy)
Tracksetter Jeff emailed this morning: “Dave packed and rolled the Great Divide. Not side to side. No Track set.
4 passes wide to the actual Divide. 2 rolled passes wide to O’Hara end.
Did not pack / roll the Upper Tramline yesterday. Will re-assess today…too thin in spots…could potentially make it worse by mixing snow with dirt and debris.”
From the sound of Alf’s detailed trip report, West Bragg has some reasonably good skiing right now.
Confederation Golf Course
Spectacular late afternoon at the golf course, snow in lovely condition with lots of grooming and track-setting, but the powder was the best!
Truth be told, there is not a huge amount of snow, and grass pokes through some of the trackset, but lots of fun skiing at perfect temperatures if the wind don’t blow 🙂
