It’s the first day in weeks where it’s been mild enough to take Tessa for a ski. Her favourite trail is Wedge Connector so we went there for a pleasant ski on nice conditions.
What a phenomenal day of skiing on Wedge, Evan-Thomas, and Bill Milne trails. There have been some very positive trip reports(thanks, everyone!) but I think we found the best place
If only I had worked for Esso, I could join this fun group of retirees who I met on the trail today. I was happy to briefly join the fun, long enough for me to lead them

Friday skiing part 2: Here are the photos from what I have started calling the Evan-Thomas loop which is 7K in distance.
With strong winds and warm temperatures in the forecast, Peter and I went early, hoping to ski the Bill Milne trail before the weather took its toll.
The trails I did today are all very easy, and offer some spectacular scenery. I did a 7K loop including Evan-Thomas fire road, Wedge Connector, and Bill Milne.
