Conditions have deteriorated with the warm weather. There’s no lack of snow, but we have to contend with icy tracks and/or slushy tracks. Let us know what you encounter if you have been out.

I am planning on skiing Goat Creek – Canmore to Banff this week-end(March 19th) but I am concerned about the conditions after this warm weather. Has anyone skied this recently and if so what do they think the conditions will be like by this week-end.

I was out at Redearth Creek yesterday, the first 2-3 km was rather hard and unforgiving and very little grip with wax. Improved to quite decent with a little bit of fresh on the firm surface after that.
