Hi Bob,
If you have washed and put away your ski clothes for the season, dig them out again. Conditions up here in the Rockies are pure powder!
Hopefully these photos show the conditions we were dealing with today… awesome.

The beauty of this trail is that you can enjoy it without avalanche danger, and there is no water under the snow on the lake. So, after the first 5 km to the lake, you can head down another 2 km to the of the lake and see several beautiful frozen waterfalls.
It will be a long time until hiking season!
