It appears that work has been completed on the Evan-Thomas bridge on the Bill Milne trail in K-Country.

This is the trail which connects Ribbon creek to the Wedge connector. The ramps on both sides of the bridge have been smoothed out. I believe this is the old bridge, but it has been moved to a new location right beside the highway. A few pieces of the guard rail have been replaced with new lumber, but most of the old rails are still intact.

Evan-Thomas creek sustained heavy damage from the 2013 floods. The Bill Milne trail actually starts at Kananaskis village and meanders past the Kananaskis golf course, skirts the Mount Kidd RV park, crosses the highway and meets up with the Wedge Connector.

Bill Milne trailBill Milne trail is usually single trackset with a skating lane. The trail offers magnificent views, and is 10.2k from Kananaskis village to Wedge pond. The middle section, from Ribbon creek to Mt Kidd RV park(6k), is very easy with negligible elevation change.
