I’ll be posting a second update, but it’s is going to be very late tonight. In the mean time, I’ll let you admire this photo which was sent in by TSJ(Tracksetter Jeff) while he was packing Skogan pass. TSJ reports, “Skogan Pass trails today in absolutely stunning snow and scenery. All trails groomed and trackset with the exception of lower Skogan to Ruthies and upper Skogan from the upper loop jct to top of the pass. Skogan loop groomed and trackset, High Level Ribbon Creek , Link , Kovach and part of Terrace also trackset.”
As you may have guessed, there are some problems with the Live Grooming Reports.

OMG, I was already smiling big time after reading this week’s trip reports, and here I am, Friday night, anxiously looking forward to getting out there myself and packing my stuff for tomorrow. So, I do my usual multiple-times-a-day checking of SkierBob and see this white gold photo of Skogan Loop being packed. Love the bluebird day shot! Then I scroll down and see my name drawn. Even more smiles! Thank you, SkierBob, and Stoney Nakoda! The trails will be extra sweet tomorrow as I’m recovering from foot surgery, so it’ll be my first day out. Opted for my foot surgery in shoulder season so that I don’t miss the main course of winter.
