I didn’t ski today, but went for a walk with Tessa at Bowness Park where other people were skiing.

It appears the trails were trackset before the recent snowfall and coverage looked very good. 

Skiing in open areas is pleasant when it’s sunny and calm, but those same open areas can create a lot of snowdrifts when the wind is prevalent.

On our previous Strathmore update, Ed Meyer mentioned they had a lot of wind at the golf course, so the below video shows the snowcat plowing through the large drifts. Ed also added the following remarks…

Worked through all our drifts and managed to get a great trackset in today. Things are looking great for the coming week.
