Imho the grooming cancellation was just a distraction from the “sale” part of the announcement that was quietly removed from the website later. Those 164 sites listed for “partnership” is their main goal. I am guessing some of those sites were “promised” to “partners” who helped UPC to get back in power. Time to repay…
I think you’re right, Kenney supporter may receive the goose that laid the golden egg, partnership (an opportunity to build commercial ventures in our parks.
