With the recent rainfall, the trails in Banff are reported to be in icy condition. We received at least 2 cm of new snow last night in Canmore and Banff, so it should help freshen up the trails.
No tracksetting is occuring in Lake Louise because the crew members are stranded in Field with the highway closure.

They couldn’t do any tracksetting yesterday in PLPP because of the wet snow conditions.
The temperatures have cooled considerably(it’s -12 on my backyard thermometer as I write this) so hopefully grooming can resume.
Good news: The trails around Kananaskis Village(Terrace, Aspen and Kovach) were trackset yesterday.
