I finally got out on my new Fischer skis yesterday and what a beautiful day.
I learned how to wax the skis, and after falling on my bum twice, got the hang of skiing again! I had great help and tips from my friends and was worn out at the end of the day from great physical exercise.. We went to Kananaskis village and did the Bill Milne trail and can’t wait to get out again.
Thanks for the contest and for picking me as the winner! The staff at Lifesport were great helping me with my skis and the wax kit. I was pleased that my old bindings and therefore my boots, could be used with the new skis. Photo attached.
