If the weather forecasts can be believed, it looks like a blue wax day at the Lake Louise loppet today. The Weather Network indicates a temperature of -15 this morning, rising to -8 by race time at 11 a.m. Ski Louise indicates 5 cm of fresh snow overnight.

Feb 29, 2020 Happy birthday to all Leap Year babies. It will be extremely busy in Peter Lougheed Provincial Park today due to the Cookie Race. The trails are still open to the public, but it will be impossible to park at Pocaterra Hut until much later in the day.
