The snow in these photos looks magnificent, but truthfully, it’s wet, except on Lower Telemark where it was icy.
-Paige and Mike from New Hampshire were enjoying stellar conditions on Fairview- If ever there was a case to be made for playing hookie from work, this is it.
What a pleasure to be skiing on cold snow again. I see from the Trip Reports that I wasn’t the only one who got to enjoy blue wax today.
It rained yesterday in Lake Louise which would have made for very icy conditions today during the loppet. Fortunately there was already 5 cm of new snow
I didn’t ski today(did a hike in Bow Valley Provincial Park with my dog until we got rained out). With hundreds of skiers wondering what conditions are like for Sunday’s loppet, I’m happy to see we have a Trip Report
